1/2 tsp Hadldi Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Kasuri METHI
Whole SPICES :
1 tsp Jeera
1 Dal Chini
7 – 8 Black Pepper Corns
3 Choti Elachi

Eggs must be fried little more till it gets a thick layer around. That way eggs will soak some more spices and will taste better!!
