Atta Naan Khatai
Dough weight is 520 gms
20gms peda makes 26 cookies.
Ingredients:
Desi Ghee (घी) – ¾ cup
Sugar, powdered (पीसी हुई चीनी) – 1 cup
Whole wheat flour (आटा) – 1 cup
Gram flour (बेसन) – ½ cup
Salt (नमक) – a pinch
Semolina (सूजी) – 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder (इलाइची पाउडर) – 1 tsp
Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा) – ½ tsp
Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) – ½ tsp
Pistachio, chopped (पिस्ता) – handful
