2 tsp Salt
VEGGIES USED
1 Onion (to Make Brown Onions)
1 Carrot
4 – 5 Beans
1/2 Gobi
1/2 Cup Peas
1 Potato
1 Tomato
FOR FINAL ASSEMBLY
2 Ladle Oil
200 Gms Paneer
1 tsp Jeera
A Pinch of Hing
2 Choti ELachi
1 Tej Patta
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Green Chilli Paste
4 Green Chillis Whole
1 tsp Salt
3.5 Cups Water
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Keora
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

What a waste of time. Yakhni preparation is only valid when cooking redmeats like beef and mutton. The whole logic is to get flavour and goodness in water ( yakhni) from masala and in bone meat.
