Healthy Oats Khichdi Recipe 👶🏻

Age : 7 Months+

Ingredients:
Ghee 1/2 tbs
jeera powder
Haldi
Hing
Veggies
Ginger paste
2 tbs moongdal soak for 30 min
2 table spoon rolled plain oats
Water

Method:
1. In a saucepan add ghee, jeera powder, hing, ginger paste & saute
2. Add veggies of choice and saute it
3. Add soaked moongdal & oats.
4. Add haldi
5. Add water & cook well.
6. Serve with ghee.
Can mash for smaller babies.

Oats Banana recipe
1. Soak 2 spoon of oats for 6 hours
Pre soaking reduces phytic acid and leads to better digestibility and absorption of nutrients.

2. Take 1 ripe banana
3. Mash well with fork
4. In a pan , adds oats and water , cook for 2 to 5 mins till it becomes soft. Let it cool to normal temperature
5. Add banana and mix
And it’s done😃

Oats prune puree recipe

1. Soak 2 tablespoon of oats for 6 hours
Pre soaking reduces phytic acid and leads to better digestibility and absorption of nutrients.

2. Take 4 prunes ( soak them in water for 1hr to soften them)
3.make prune puree in a blender ( remove seeds)
4. In a pan , adds oats and water , cook for 2 to 5 mins till it becomes soft.
Let it cool to normal temperature.
5. Add 2 teaspoon prune puree and mix
And it’s done😃
