INGREDIENTS:

500 gm sella basmati rice -100% full cooked rice

FOR EGG BHURJI :
4 onion – finely chopped
2 tomato – finely chopped
2 tsp crushed green chilli paste
some salt according to raw egg
3-4 tsp oil
3 raw egg

FOR EGG TIKKA MASALA:
2-3 tsp oil
6 boiled egg
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
some salt according to boiled egg
2 tsp ginger garlic paste with 1/2 glass water
1 tsp egg masala / omelette masala
2 tsp oil

mix egg bhurji with egg tikka masala
add boiled rice
chopped coriander
1/2 tsp chaat masala
