Sujir Cutlet Ingredients
১ কাপ সুজি / 1 cup Semolina
২ চা চামচ সাদা তেল / 2 tsp Refined Oil
১/২ চা চামচ মৌরি / 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
১ চা চামচ জিরা / 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
৩ কাপ জল / 3 cup water
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
১ চা চামচ চিনি / 1 Tsp sugar
২ টি গ্রেটেড সেদ্ধ আলু / 2 ea grated boiled potato
১ চা চামচ কুচানো আদা / 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger
২ টি কুচানো পেঁয়াজ / 2 Ea Chopped onion
কুচানো কাঁচা লঙ্কা / Chopped Green chilli
১ কাপ কুচানো ক্যাপসিকাম / 1 cup Capsicum
কালো নুন / Black Salt
১ চা চামচ চাট মশলা / 1 Tsp Chat Masala
১ চা চামচ গরম মশলা / 1 Tsp Garam Masala
১/২ চা চামচ ভাজা জিরা গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
