Its really true because earlier I used to study whenever I want… But now I started to wake up at 4:30am whenever I got a holiday or Sundays…. Also upto 8 am the focus will be at its peak…. This habit has improved my results…. Last exam I got 24/40 in social science but in this exam I scored 36/40…
