  1. ✨ Chili Garlic Rice with Paneer & Soya
    • Pound together: 8–10 garlic cloves + 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli + salt.
    • In 2 tbsp oil, sauté 2 onions + 1 green chilli.
    • Add paste → sauté.
    • Mix in 1 cup boiled & squeezed soya + 1 cup paneer + 1 bowl rice + 1 cup spring onion greens. Toss well. ✅

    ✨ Nepali Chukoni
    • Whisk curd in a bowl. Add 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli, black salt, amchur, mango powder.
    • Mix in 1 cup boiled potatoes + 1 chopped onion + coriander leaves.
    • Temper with: 2 tbsp mustard oil + 1 tsp mustard seeds + ⅓ tsp haldi + 1 tbsp kasuri methi. ✅

    ✨ Snack Box
    • Pomegranate – fresh & juicy.
    • Roasted Makhana – 1 tsp ghee + peri peri spice, air fry 8 mins. ✅
