  2. Brushing your teeth with hydrogen peroxide will whiten your teeth amazingly well! So cheap, too, at just a few bucks a bottle at your local drugstore. I pour it in a small glass amber bottle, and add a few drops of peppermint or spearmint essential oil. No need to buy toothpaste, mouthwash, or whitening strips! Been doing this for over a decade, and my oral health has been the best in my life. Approved by mainstream and holistic dentists I've seen over the years.

  3. Are you kidding? How can your chin or bone structure “shrink” just because you sleep with your mouth open? That’s not even possible for an adult. And what if someone can’t breathe well through their nose how are they supposed to sleep with their mouth taped shut? That doesn’t sound safe at all
