  1. New sub here just bc of your personality! Plus I want more variety and flavor in my cooking. It’s a new inspiration so to speak. Plus I’ve tried authentic Korean food for the first time (had to drive 70min away for it) and it was chefs kiss.

  2. I really love kimchi and hobak jeon. But instead of using just water i like using the liquids of the ingredients, just julienne the zucchini mix it with salt and let it sit for few minutes and then press out the moisture too use it instead of the water.
