  1. Thank you Robin, take this as you will, but you literally saved my life today. I have hit rock bottom, regardless of how hard I have been fighting this. I am so tired of just waiting to go to bed at 8:30 so I can take my cannabis, glass of wine and Ativan in order to see the end of this day and pray my "Groundhog Day" will end. Depression, anxiety and PTSD are no strangers but I lopped the head of that Medusa off 40 yrs ago. For some reason , at the age of 68 she has resurrected. I am sitting here smiling and planning my tomorrow. Namaste 😎❣️
