I Loved Rachel McAdams in "The Notebook", the first time that I saw and loved her and one of my Favourite movies. Rachel's performance opposite Ryan Gosling, her Love, was Amazing. Both Rachel & Ryan provided a Perfect performance. It wasn't Acting; it was Real Life for them playing out. Their Romance and True Love for one another on screen was Absolutely Believable. 💯 They were that Good and they made the movie. I so wished and thought that after 4 years together as a real couple that they would be Happily Married to each other by now. I sure wanted these two to be together forever….but they both moved on and are happily Married to other people. All the Best to them and their current Relationships!! 💕💕
However, I did Not like "Mean Girls"…and I don't think that Rachel was right for the part. Just No…even tho she is Breathtakingly Beautiful. A Natural Beauty. Also, she has Too Good a Heart.
As for the comedy, "The Hot Chick", I did not see the movie…yet, but I don't care for it much, seeing this V/S. It was Rachel's Hollywood film debut in 2002. Reason alone to watch it. Still, you're too Good an Actress for this role and that played in "Mean Girls", Rachel. Need to see you in something worthy of an Oscar….just like you should have been Nominated for and Won an Oscar/Academy Award for "Leading Actress" in "The Notebook". Your performance was Superb in this film. No wonder the movie created a Real-life frenzy for both you and Ryan. Well, as long as you're having fun…
Love you, Rachel ❤ 🤗 … Irene, also from Canada 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, where you lived and continue to live when you're not filming in another country. Irene
After "The Notebook" and the Fan Frenzy the movie created for Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling, Rachel went back Home to her Home Country and City – Toronto, Ontario in Canada 🇨🇦. Rachel had to Escape all of the sudden and Crazy Popularity that followed the movie for its two Big Rising-Stars by taking refuge at Home. She did so in Toronto, away from all the Paparazzi and Attention and Adoration of a new whole Fan base.
Also, unlike the States, Canadians Respect people's Privacy and Admire them from afar. They give Famous people space for the most part. Definitely different than Hollywood.
Rachel was known in Toronto for riding her bike, with a front basket attached to it, everywhere she went. She lived and lives in a Rich Gated community in downtown Toronto, on a Private side-street from the High Class and Expensive shopping district, York Street (at Bay Street). Rachel could be seen a lot there riding her bike and riding it in front of the huge "Toronto Public Library".
I worked near there after University, so one day, I just knew that I would see her in the evening in front of the Library…and I did. I was across the busy Street and the Cross Lights were too far away to cross….and there she was. I spotted Rachel riding her usual bike in front of and past the Library and so, of course, I shouted, all so very Excited and Happy, "Rachel, Rachel!! Hiii!"… Hey, I'm Italian, lol. Everyone suddenly stopped whatever they were doing and all looked…"Where?? Where?" 👀 …"Oh, there she is! There she is!." I was Smiling from ear to ear…and Rachel Smiled back and she was like "Shhh!" 🤫 All eyes 👀 were on her then. Too late 😊. All you hear is one voice after another in silence (even the cars stopped if they could or slowed down), "Oh Wow, there is Rachel McAdams! Wow! Beautiful!👋 Hi Rachel! Hii!". "Hi Rachel, I Love your movies! I Love you-u". "Rachel, Rachel McAdams, we Love you! Rachel, look here 👋." Rachel was so Polite and Gracious to everyone – she Waved, Smiled, and said "Hi" to everyone as she passed them and continued on her merry way….likely back Home as she was headed in that direction. That's my Rachel story, I tell everyone, lol, and I Smile as I remember it and her everytime.
I Love you, Rachel! ❤ So Proud to have you living here in Toronto, Ontario…when you're not filming! It's Home, isn't it!
You're a Very Talented and a Beautiful Actress!! Good to see you doing well…. 💝 🤗 Irene, also from Canada 🇨🇦, also in Toronto, Ontario (🇮🇹-🇨🇦).
He wouldn't Care if his Boss screamed at him for giving her two creamy whatevers "on the house", or even give it a second thought. In fact, he Wishes that he could do that scene with Rachel McAdams, whoever she was playing in the movie, "One Hot Chick", all over again. He probably dreamt about that moment for days and walked around in a daze with a Big Smile on his face. Lol 😂. All he cares at the time is that he had one Sweet moment with his Love interest…I didn't see the movie, but Obviously. His Heart – 💗! He's thinking, "Life is Great! I have a chance with her. I think she Likes me." He's gone 😊. 🥰 💘 Irene
This scene is so real. I didn’t pay for anything until I hit about 35. Not that I was using men, but dinner? Yes, please. You wanna buy me a drink? Cool. I never asked; it was just given. But that’s the best thing about being a woman. We don’t come with a guarantee. You can gamble on a drink or two, but that doesn’t mean I’ll get naked for you.
