3-ingredient Strawberry Sorbet☀️ This is a refreshing & yummy dessert idea for spring and summer🤩

This makes 2 servings:
2 1/2 cups / 14 oz. frozen strawberries (600 ml / about 400 g)*
juice of 1 lemon
optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have ibs)

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Serve immediately!

*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use 65g of strawberries per serving, and replace the rest with some frozen pineapples, for example!🍍

I don’t have lemon 😅
I made that on September 21, 2025 and it was so yummy. I'm following that recipe again.
It didn’t work it just became frozen like strawberry uce
I tried it and it wouldn't blend so I added some milk and some liquid sugar and juice of half of a lemon and I put some honey in it
Does normal strawberries work?
