  1. Hi, Kent! My family loves curry. One of my favorite easy recipes is roasted cauliflower. Cut a cauliflower into florets into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and curry powder. Bake at 400F for 20 or 30 minutes, or until you have some browning on the cauliflower.

  2. Hey Kent and hey Shannon I was biggest fan of all of your cooking videos I have been watching it every night and I used your cookbooks to make everything all the time so I think that I can beat Kent in a cooking compation and dancing compation too but I love both of you so much

  3. I used your Pozole recipe (with Hominy) from your book the other day and the family loved it. They weren't too hot on the Chili Colorado (I liked it). But the Pork Pozole sold like ice cream on a hot July day in Phoenix. I can't wait to make it again. They're hominy converts. I ate lots of it in various Soul and Southern foods when I was stationed in Georgia, but none of my family have ever lived in the Southeast US. Thanks to both of you for great recipes and great food from a retired US Air Force Vet.
