Respect the sheer volume of knowledge here, Simon. Seriously appreciate u sharing all this for free. Tho, gotta ask a skeptical Q about the 50/50 equity split. U say it's all about the operating agreement, not the % ownership, but isn't 'decision lock' a guaranteed failure point for startups? Even w/ a board advisor, that still means delaying pivotal moments waiting for arbitration. Doesn't 51/49 actually save time and money down the road, even if it feels 'unfair' at first? 🤔 #startup #equity #businesshacks
