I turned a $22 grocery haul into 39 filling, realistic meals—and you can too. 💛 When your grocery money is running low, it’s easy to feel stuck. In this video, I’m sharing 6 ultra-budget one-pan meals I made using just $21.90 of ingredients from Walmart. These meals are simple, comforting, and actually taste good—even when money is tight. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, these recipes are for you. I bought all the ingredients at my local Walmart in Utah—just $21.90 total before tax. That’s 6 meals × 6+ servings each = 39 single servings!
If this video helps you—or someone you love—please consider sharing it. And if you’re in a tough spot, don’t hesitate to reach out to local food banks, churches, or community support programs. I know having no money. Biggest saving tip: Oatmeal or no meal for breakfast. With a little suger, milk, it's still absolutely inexpensive and still nutritious. If you can afford add 1 banana or half an apple, also inexpensive in most countries.
Prep it in a bowl in the mikrowave, less cleaning, less energy use.
If by all means you don't like oats, use grits.

I absolutely love these ideas!!! Awesome video and great help ….. However I will say if I heard the word "Flavorsome" one more time I was going to go crazy lol
You are amazing ❤
I'm watching this video from Canada and it's shocking to see the price differences even with exchange rates. Where I live is really rural and very expensive . Pasta sauce is $2.25 for great value brand, hunts may go on sale for $2.50 sometimes. A gallon of milk is $8 , a gallon of chocolate milk is $11. A pound of butter is $7-9 depending on brand. A bag of shredded cheese less than 1 lb is $6-8 . We also can't get the frozen ground turkey rolls . We can get fresh but 1 lb of that is $7 or $8 depending on store
Anyone using canned chicken if you heat it up in a frying pan and season it with garlic, Italian seasoning and some salt and pepper (trying to stay within what she is using, I would use way more) then add it to your sauce. It will taste so much better. I don't know about other but canned chicken just has that taste I am not a fan of unless I do this no matter the sauce I add it to. It brings it back to life.

I really appreciate the ideas I get from you. I'm diabetic so I can't eat pasta, potatoes, rice or corn.
I wonder if I can eat this. Looks great and on a budget. I have to keep my sugar levels low per my Dr
