  1. Hello! In regards to your second dinner recipe in this video, you put in text font 1 can of crushed tomatoes, but it looks like you yourself used less then half in your pan. Is 1 can the correct measurement or less? Thank you!! Looks so good excited to try!

  2. I made the third recipe last night (thighs on top of potatoes, onions and peppers) and while the flavors were delicious there were issues. I prepared it just as shown here. Put it in a 375° oven and cooked for an hour. The thighs were 145°. Cooked 15 more minutes and they were 175°. Took it out and served it. The potatoes were still way under done. I know most people will say to check my oven temp which I have not done but when cooking canned biscuits at the temp called for on the tube they come out nicely browned and completely done. Next time I will either microwave the potatoes a bit first or put them in the oven for a half hour and then add the chicken.
