Love your videos, you are so good at explaining how to cook and bake. Tonight I made your deconstructed cabbage rolls. That is one of our favorite recipes! I had to switch out the rotel tomatoes for fire roasted because I get migraines. Also added 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to make them taste like the cabbage rolls I used to make many years ago. But it is a wonderful recipe! We love it! Thank you!
My mom made this with leftover mashed potatoes when I was growing up. When I became an adult myself I made it her way as well. Turned out well.

I make imitation turtles with square pretzels a rolo on top. Place a pecan half on top. Parchment paper pn cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees
For 1 and a half minutes to 2 minutes. When rolo is soft enough to push down.push down pecans. Cool. Dip in melted chocolate. Depending on size of cookie sheet you can get between 90 to 120 at a time.
