Where can we get the high protein cookbook?
I do like your recipes, Scott, I'm an App subscriber, but… jarred garlic/ginger is, shall I say, not very good, no, in fact it is generally, awful. Nothing like fresh garlic and ginger, and not hard to make, actually, as I'm sure you know. But, keep up the recipes 👍
Red lentils, no need to pre-cook, maybe rinse, however, green lentils do need a little prep/cooking, unless they are tinned/jarred. Keep up the good work, Scott. 👍 💌
I love ham hock, but in many places in the UK it is hard to come by. In my area we have and amazing pork butcher, over 100 years old, but the do not sell smoked ham hock, how weird is that! I must say that their other pork offerings are wonderful!
