Walmart corn chips in your Le Creuset Pot. Love it!
How about green chili verde with pork???
For the Texas chili, I think I'll substitute white wine for the vinegar. I cannot wait to cook this
Wow, you are much prettier than chef John !
Sounds great except for the msg in the bullion
I love spicy food! Which pepper did you use to give it that special touch and what made the sauce so creamy?
Only one chili that she made really appeal to me. That was The boilermaker chili. I just got done making it. Freeking amazing! It is literally one of the best Chili's I've ever had. Bravo to a great recipe. And for the record. I never measure anything. Except when I make bread.
I forgot to mention. The beer I used was a citrus pils from upper falls brewing. It was all I had on hand. I was kind of apprehensive. But man it worked.
Update: I bagged the hot sauce and used serrano peppers. They have a bit more of a kick.
this looks amazing
I really enjoyed when you tasted the Texas Chili !!!!
Some time ago, I watched your video about putting cucumbers, pepers, carrot sticks in pots. But you never use them. And I didn't see you boil them at the end. So… It's not canning?? I'm a lost dad here raising 4 on my own. What am I supposed to do with those canes in the fridge? The girls and I have harvested all out of the greenhouse. Should we can the vegetables unsliced in cans and boil the pots with lids for 15 minutes? And after filling again? Or can we slice and flavour them up with a garlic glove or a slice of peppers and some vinegar and keep the jars cool. Fridge or basement???
