I did exactly what you said and I ended up with ribs and soup. There was so much liquid when I finish cooking them for five hours and I think they were over cooked. They were tough. I wonder if I should’ve took them less
Next week I have another slab of ribs I’m gonna try to make them again, but I’m going to cook them on low for five hours and see if they’re not so tough tough End of all things dry
