I watched video from the bottom of the go and you started in with the locked and locked the thing period I know you know better because I've read other people in the comments telling you that you cannot and are not supposed to cook with a lot. If you read your book, it tells you somebody could get seriously hurt. Period I would hope you would care enough about your subscribers to correct yourself

According the American heart association, max level of sodium per day for adults is 2,300 ir 1,500 for better heart health. Most Americans consume 3,400 per day on average. Maybe make a homemade spice mix with a healthier amount of salt.
