  1. These recipes look great 👍 I really liked that idea of stretching mash potato with mashed/pureed cauliflower 😋

    I do feel that it would've been pretty easy to suggest lower GI, higher protein, more complex carb options to appeal to those who are looking for that kind of thing but if that is not what you do then I suppose its not too hard to find those sorts of recipes elsewhere.

  2. Great recipes. I have made a few before and they are tasty. There are easy to make. If you got some extra time for the carnitas recipe, sear it before serving and it enhances the flavor but it is still great no matter the route you take. Thank you for these easy recipes.
