  1. I got CosRX snail mucin after hearing so much about it. I immediately broke out. Then I read that if you’re allergic to dust mites it can cause breakouts. I guess there’s some relation to dust and snail mucin??? There are multiple articles on it. It was so bizarre. I had to immediately stop using it and found out other people who were also allergic to dust were experiencing the same breakouts. Once I stopped using it, everything went back to normal.

  2. Embryolisse: you're correct, a makeup artists go-to has nothing to do with one's skincare, at least not long term. A makeup artist targets skin concerns in that particular moment when makeup is applied and ensures that it will last all day (e.g. dry patches, oiliness/shine etc). It's a fool proof product for that purpose but as much as it suits a LOT of different skin types, it does not suit everyone while wearing makeup. If someone has a product that works better for their skin and also under makeup, there is absolutely no reason for someone to buy embryolisse.

  3. I came here only to say that I disagree with Cicaplast. NO OTHER moisturiser helped me to restore my skin barrier, keeping my face safe while on accutane, made some cuts healing faster AND cooled down my breakouts and did not absolutely provoke new pimples. I can agree that it could be too thick for some skins but calling it overhyped is far stretched for me

  4. If you have time I'd be eternally greatful over advice for my really stubborn "clown-cheeks"🫣. I am born and raised in Sweden and have typical nordic skin; very fair (I use 1C/porcelin in foundation), very dry and somewhat sensitive skin. Never get acne but especially now in the winter I struggle with really red cheeks. It doesn't seem to matter what facecare I use my cheeks always looks red after I've washed my face. I've tried all kinds of green cloured concealerlike colour correcting products but the redness is still visible. Obviously I'd love it to find products that help me get rid of the problem but if not possible something that covers redness in fair skin with cold undertone. I absolutely love how knowledgeable you are about skincare and by looking at your skin it's easy to tell you know what you're talking about, absolute perfection😍. Either way lots of love from the norther side of this planet we're sharing❤😘
