Why do you always get such a big plate for of food when you don’t even eat it all? So much waste.
I occasionally buy turkey kielbasa to eat with potatoes, and if I don't want to open a jar of sauerkraut, I'll steam a wedge of cabbage till crisp tender. Butter, salt and pepper go on top and a little dollop of Dijon mustard for the sausage on the side.

I learned how to make cabbage rolls from my grandma. We've always made the meat mixture the same way but we cook them on the stove with tomato juice or V8. Serve with mashed potatoes. Some of the best comfort food!
