  1. Brilliant Clair! 🙌 Some of them I have heard of others not! As I have been paralyzed from the waist down on my left leg I have since then trained my balance but I do not get better…. I do go to the gym now and it is soo fun! I had forgotten and thanks to you I have my trainer Sebastian and see him twice a week for an hour! I feel soo much better!! 🥰 All thanks to you Clare 🫵🏻 and your parents! I had given up excersise but now I am back 💪🏻😘

  2. I was taking seven different medications while my 90-year-old neighbor who ate unhealthy food every day had perfect blood pressure and boundless energy that put me to shame. The heartbreaking realization that Id been managing symptoms instead of addressing causes, treating my body like a broken machine instead of nourishing it like the self-healing organism it was designed to be, forced me to confront how far Id strayed from natural health.
