The toxic lady is probably just a freak of her body chemistry. I worked with a guy who lived a terrible life as he was deathly allergic to most painkillers. Paracetamol and aspirin could kill him, all to do with his body chemistry. He did have some painkiller that he could take in emergencies but it had all sorts of warnings over it about toxicity. I can’t recall what this painkiller was. I do know it would set off the police alcohol breath test machines as he got pulled over a couple of times and blew positive, but a follow up blood test was absolutely negative. He carried a card explaining that he was on a medication which could cause false positives on breath tests. Once painkillers like ibuprofen came along, he found he could take them with no issues which was a huge relief to him.
