  2. Congrats Perry! Can you do a segment on House Money, provide an example of an ETF that has fully repaid the initial investment? How much you earn with annual yield on it and why a reverse split is beneficial for long-term income.

  3. Hi Perry, thank you for sharing I have been telling my wife this is possible and she called me a crazy dreamer…I am 61 years old, and have close to the same amount as you to start this…
    Questions;
    1. Aren’t you worried about NAV EROSION if the market crashes?
    2. I noticed your NAV is $200K down from your book value…. But I realize you started with $1.2Million So you are still sitting on a $400K gain from inception…
    3. Do you have access to your spread sheet templates? Snowball analytics

    Thank you again for sharing your knowledge & strategy

  4. Awesome review. I retired early at 55 1/2 Sept 2023. loving the stress free life and living off distributions. US rule of 55 for penalty free access to my 401k, Rule of 72t for penalty free access to my wife's 401k. Loving the 5 week months. Got weekly payers paying every day Monday thru Friday now and manually reinvest the excess distributions in a wheel fashion.
