📌Chili Cheese Chicken & Rice Casserole:
-1 (10oz) Bah Mahatma Yellow Rice, prepared according to package directions.
-4oz Cream cheese, softened
-1/2 cup Sour Cream
-1 can Chili without Beans
-1 1/2 Cups Salsa
-4 Cups Cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded or chopped
-1/2 tsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp Onion Powder
2 Cups shredded cheese.
***cook rice on stovetop according to package directions. When done, to that same skillet, add cream cheese, sour cream, canned chili, salsa and seasonings. Mix. add chicken and mix again. Pour into greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Until Bubbly and lightly golden brown on top. Enjoy!

📌Cheesy Baked Tortellini Casserole:
📌Ham & Pierogi Casserole:
-1 can Cream of chicken Soup
-3/4 Cup milk
-1 Tbsp. Minced Onion
-Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ground Mustard & Pepper to taste
-25oz Family Size Bag of Frozen MINI Cheese Pierogis, slightly thawed
-1 lb Thinly Sliced Deli Ham, chopped small
-1 Cup Frozen Peas
-2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
***In a small bowl, combine Cream of Chicken Soup, milk and seasonings. set aside. To a 9×13 casserole dish, add in the pierogis, ham and peas. Evenly pour over cream sauce. Top with cheese. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with foil if the top is getting too brown. Enjoy!
📌Cheddar Bay Pulled Pork Casserole:
*NOTE: I used a can of PINTO BEANS, rinsed and drained, instead of the Ranch Style Beans. And since i made that substitution, i added extra chili powder, garlic powder and 1 Tbsp of RANCH SEASONING.
