Back in my graduation days, all the time during study time and preparation during my exam days , I was forming study groups, teaching friends , explaining different topics in a simpler way.. in a way my retention power increased.. this continued long to even during my professional career as well at the time of giving certification exams.. same thing, I used to form study groups with peers.. we share knowledge, explain to each other different topics.. taking notes after reading once during active recall..
    All these days I was unknowingly following feynmann technique, active recall, pomodoro technique, spaced repetition.
    Kudos to the content makers here.. this video helped me reinforced my ideas of learning and studying more effectively.. thanks a lot madam
