  1. Scientifically proven that Ghee (real asli ghee) is very healthy ie the best compared any oil. Of course extra Virgin Oil is an exception. Exceptionally healthy is the extra virgin olive oil. Using the best ie the virgin olive oil or real asli ghee the key to frying/ cooking in it the smoking of the oil/ghee. So it should be cooked at a temperature and within the oil/ghees time limit reaching a certain temperature before it begins to smoke. Once the olive oil/ghee begins to smoke then it turns very unhealthy ie harmful to health. Again the key should to keep the heat such that the oils / ghees do not reach the smoking point.
Hopefully those who can afford it should try it. In Pak the common avg ghees is not of good quality as with everything ppl mix things to max out profits and care a damn about the health of others. Like mixing pappaya seeds in black pepper, mixing water in mill, mixing red brick in red pepper powder. I have even heard that in duniya powder they mix camels crap ( camels number dou) Astagfirullah!
    May Allah Guide! Aameen!
