From temple city Madurai to the chaos of Chennai’s Marina Beach — I went all across Tamil Nadu to see how far a hundred rupees can take me 🤤
Started with a cart in Madurai serving something wild — coconut stem! Didn’t think I’d be eating part of a palm tree, but damn, it was tasty. Then came crispy valaipu vadai, that mad samosa–egg–mattar plate combo, and a much-needed sugarcane juice pit stop in Pudukkottai 🥤
Finally, at Marina Beach, I went from valakai bhajji to raw mango to boiled peanut masala, all while trying not to adult too hard. And honestly? It was a full-on flavour party — Tamil Nadu, you delivered big time!
