BRMK no longer exists it merged with ready capital
I jammed money into O and SPG. Pretty astonishing to see the dollars sloshing around. Reinvesting the D now, but will soon start skimming it as income in Ret. Why sell 4% of your nut when you can earn a similar amount and not touch the principle?
25k to produce $138 that’s tough
Well, BRMK has been de-listed and a lot of people lost money on that one.
A few that didnt make your list are ARR, ORC, TWO, GNL, and NLY. All of these have a dividen between 12%-17%, and are REIT'S too. AGNC, which was mentioned is also a good REIT's. Don't take my word for it, do your own due diligence(DD) and youll find those pay a better percentage. Note though, only half are monthly and the others quarterly payers…best to you!😊
CLDT does't paying monthly for now. it's pays a lowsy 3 cents per quarter at this moment
I like AGNC because of the dividend !!!
I own agnc, O and epr. So glad to see that I am investing on good stocks, for monthly dividends!
Can South Africans like myself also invest without any restrictions in these companies?
Im a South African. And would like to know how much say would be a minimum % on monthly devident on all these companies. And what is a minimum initials investment. (South African Rand or American Dollar)?
