6. *Onions, ginger, garlic, green chili*
7. *Tomatoes*
8. *Curd*
9. *Red chili powder, chat masala, coriander powder*
10. *Coriander and mint leaves*
11. *Biryani masala (brishta)*
12. *Paneer (optional)*

*Instructions:*
1. *Prepare Kathal*: Cut and fry kathal until crispy brown.
2. *Rice*: Soak rice for 30 minutes. Boil with spices (jeera, bayleaf, cloves, etc.) and ghee.
3. *Kesar Milk*: Add kesar to milk.
4. *Gravy*: Grind onions, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Cook with oil, turmeric, and red chili. Add tomatoes and salt. Mix in curd with spices.
5. *Cook Kathal*: Add kathal to gravy and cook for 10-15 minutes.
6. *Layer Biryani*: Layer rice, kesar milk, brishta, paneer (if using), coriander, and mint leaves.
7. *Dum*: Cook on low heat (baap) for 10-15 minutes.
8. *Serve*: Mix gently and serve.
