That strap has a long story to tell.
Lost my figure 8 straps and tried these… can’t get used to them… I’m gonna go back to the 8s
But if you made the loops too tight, it will pull on your wrist and when you’re lifting your wrist, will be doing the lifting instead of your hands leaving your wrist hurting shouldn’t you leave a little bit of slack so so the wraps don’t be pulling on your wrist
By using the straps, you are circumventing the grip strength limitation. Won't this impede the growth of grip strength?
I’m still having trouble and I’m so frustrated my back can’t get anywhere close to failure because my grip is so fucking weak
All these videos but no one explains how to get the other hand tight while your first one is already tied to the damn pole smfh thanks anyway
This the EXACT way you want the strap too. You want the loop that the strap goes through to go perpendicular to your thumb
