Welcome back to another food adventure! Today, we are at the BRAND NEW branch of Ridan House of Mandi in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Known as the pioneers of authentic Mandi in the city, Ridan has launched a massive new location with a kitchen operation that you have to see to believe.
In this vlog, I take you behind the scenes into their huge kitchen to witness the “hustle and bustle” of how they prepare hundreds of kilos of mutton daily. We aren’t just watching—we are feasting! I tried their famous Mutton Madfoon, the incredibly tender Mutton Ribs, and explored their new Desi Menu items.
