We used blush brushes on the apples of our cheeks, our foreheads, and chins. Ask a Millennial or Gen X woman how to do this. It wasn’t one Hollywood makeup artist. It was all of us being taught this at every makeup counter and through every magazine and Mary Kaye and Avon sales lady in our families.
Put your lipstick on lightly with your finger and then blot it off. A rose color from the drugstore, or Twig by MAC.

The best was 90’s makeup. There was more than one makeup artist back then working on those films. It was the look and we didn’t have HD filming so it looked so clean and perfect. Now it’s not as well done and HD made it worse for us artists.
