I pulled up on A Fuego 51 at 5805 E 17th St, KCMO 64126 and this open-fire rotisserie chicken had NO business being this good. Juicy, smoky, crispy, tender — it checked every box. Even the breast was juicy, and that green sauce? Straight ambrosia.
And the Peruvian fried rice? Main character energy. Flame-kissed, fragrant, sweet-savory, and seasoned to perfection.
