►3/4 lb fettuccine or penne pasta
►1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
►1 Tbsp oil
►1 small onion, finely chopped
►2 Tbsp butter
►1 garlic clove
►1/3 cup white wine (I used Ste Chapelle Chardonnay ~$6)
►2 cups heavy whipping cream
►1/3 cup parmesan cheese
►S&P to taste
►Sprinkle of paprika
►Parsley or basil for garnish if desired

Thank you for this video!!! The most delicious plate of pasta I've cooked at home. Didn't grow up eating pasta, so cooking pasta feels like a bit of an adventure. A happy, and very delicious one. I didn't time the shrimp preparation right, and noticed the mistake after the pasta was already cooked. After what seemed like an eternity of mad scrambling, somehow managed to put it together, and enjoyed a supremely satisfying meal. Proudest moment in the kitchen yet.
