Here is the detailed recipe of crunchy dahi ke sholay
*RECIPE*
1. To make sholay stuffing in a bowl add 50gm of hungcurd, 1 chopped onion, half chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp refried red mirch powder, coriander leaves and green chilli.
2. Mix it well.
3. Take a bread. Cut the edges and roll it.
4. Put stuffing on bread and roll out using any polythene (u can apply water on polythene and then roll).
5. Fry in medium hot flame until ot become crispy.
6. Your delicious dahi k sholay is ready. Enjoy
