From the first bite, they could tell this one was legit. Tender, smoky, and seasoned just right, the pork steak landed right in between Bar-A’s and Helberg’s versions — and if you know those spots, you know that’s high praise!
Weaver’s might just be one of the more underrated stops on the East Texas BBQ trail, and it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re chasing great pork.
