  2. Nearly 20 years later and im still so pissed off that my teacher chose to make me sit in the storage room all class because i was late and took every chance to humiliate me in front of everyone. Teachers have such power why couldn't you choose to be like these people

  3. I wish teachers here in the United States were recognized the way teachers are recognized in Japan. With honor with respect with pride. My father used to tell me my second set of parents were the teachers at school so you treat them the way I would treat my parents at home.

  4. Mrs Sagamonian my 5th grade teacher was the best person in the world lmao. Im 25 now and ill never forget her…. her son even has the same name as me and I remember her bringing him into class couple months after he was born and she put him on my table and said im one of the reasons she picked his name…. Idk where you are Mrs. Sagamonian BUT ILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU AND YOUR CLASS

  6. All three of these young ppl did a wonderful thing by thanking these teachers. But the young woman in the jumpsuit has the heart of a poet. Hope all three of them go on and pay it forward to someone else who needs support.

  7. Middle school Special Ed Teacher here. You put up with the long hours and the demands, you deal with the paperwork, and the way you get treated sometimes by both students and parents. You have days you want to quit and go into real estate or anything else… Then I ask myself "What else would I do?" and I realize – nothing! On days like that, I open my file cabinet containing many cards, letters, drawings and gifts from students throughout the year. I think back on the tearful goodbyes as kids move on. I remember their names and faces and the fun and funny times we had… Then I smile and remember why I'm I'm a teacher… It ALWAYS comes back to the WHY… and then I press on… I remember "I am a teacher" and I don't want to be anything else…
