came here because of Ring Fit Adventure on nintendo switch- amazing game for exercise if anyone has doubts! would reccomend 10/10! only thing is, the demonstration for this exercise in game is wrong (all others are right i believe) which led me here! also love how different cameras show her clothes in different colors – lol

This video is really well done! I appreciate the clear instructions and energy. but honestly, I think Mountain Climbers can be a bit overrated. They definitely have their benefits, but there are other exercises that might give a more balanced workout. What do you all think?
