  1. Back in my culinary school we taught exactly the same method,but now I just put everything in a pot (cold milk and everything else except the butter) and I start whisking in high heat. When it bubbles I add the butter. I see no difference between 2 methods, what is your opinion? Thank you in advance,greetings from Greece,I love your channel
