There needs to be a serious talk around the concept of passive income. If you think there is a special way to just have money flood into your bank account while you sit on a beach and do nothing, you are very mistaken. Nobody you know that is making passive income didn’t grind for years and years before they were making enough “passive income” to live comfortably.

The easiest way to get passive income is either being a shareholder in a profitable business that pays dividends or buying a portion of a smaller maybe more local business that will allow you to collect a dividend on a portion of revenues. Rental income from real estate I wouldn’t call truly passive because it’s an asset that requires a lot of continuous upkeep and maintenance as well as finding people who will consistently pay you for it. Though 90% of the so called “gurus” who sell courses on passive income only vaguely suggest you start a business or side hustle, which is hardly passive 😂
