We would use mayo on our bread when making grilled cheese if we didnt have butter. They are perfect you dont taste the mayo at all. I have 2 grandkids who hate mayo like feak out hate. So i tried it on them. They ate every bite. I still use mayo sometimes if i dont have soft butter or something
