Ingredients used are-
Paneer- 400 grams
Oil for shallow frying the paneer
Boiling water
Spinach- 2 bunches
Boil for around 1 minute
Immediately add the boiled spinach in ice cold water
Now, in a mixer grinder-
Prepared spinach
Green chillies- 2 pcs
Some fresh coriander
Water as required
For tomato puree-
Tomatoes- 4-5 small pcs
Ginger- 2 inch
Garlic- 5-6 cloves
Soaked cashews- 2-3 Tbsp
Now, in a pan-
Oil- 2 Tbsp
Cumin (Jeera)- 1 Tsp
Tej patta- 1-2 pcs
Kashmir red chilli powder- 1 Tbsp
Haldi (Turmeric powder)- 1 Tsp
Coriander powder- 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Some water as required
Fresh cream- 2 Tbsp
Garam masala- 1 Tsp
Some kasuri methi
For tadka-
Desi ghee- 1-2 Tbsp
Garlic- 1 Tbsp
2 whole kashmiri chillies
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 Tsp
