  2. This cracked me up! One of the things I do, is to photograph curry being prepared at a take away in luton. A year ago a white Brit ordered a Phal. I was snapping other dishes in the kitchen and had to walk outside. I was just snapping the food, and the fumes made my eyes water. I love curry, I can go up to a vindaloo, but no higher, I value my tongue, throat, various tubes, stomach and 'back door!' Well done all I can't stop laughing! By the way, I don't believe that customer ever returned to the take-away. Is he alive? Was it a dare? (Greeno, you aren't human!).

  4. I like a curry with a bit of heat, like a Madras or a Jalfrezi but going up in to the vindaloo and Phaal curries is just stupid. I like to taste my food. If a Madras and Jalfrezi are done right, you get a nice blend of heat but also are able to taste the many spices/flavours that make up these curries.
