In The King and many other films, archers loose arrow after arrow, as if they have a never-ending supply. But was that really the case? Didn’t they run out sooner or later? In reality, each archer carried only a limited number of arrows, and a quiver could be emptied quickly. So, what happened once they were out? How did they get more arrows? In this video, we’ll explore how English longbowmen were resupplied during the Hundred Years’ War—and how they ensured they never ran out of ammunition in the middle of battle.

I've always wondered about this! Thank you for making this video
In one of his videos (I wish I could find it) Matt Easton (Scholagladiatoria) says that the king's arrow supply office produced and sent out patterns (models of arrowheads for smiths to copy). It also published rules about the standards for arrows and the replacement of delivered arrows which were found to be substandard. So pervasive and organized was the arrow supply system that the upward-pointing arrowhead became the symbol of British military logistics generally.
This is really motivating to watch.

They did run out of arrows though. Agincourt ends with a charge using daggers.
