Cardi B and her accuser, Emani Ellis, spoke with the press separately after a jury unanimously found Cardi B not liable for Ellis’ allegations. The security guard was seeking $24M in damages for an alleged altercation with the rapper, years ago. Cardi made headlines for her courtroom fashions (and hairstyles) as well as her personality-infused testimony.

  5. No, it would always have this outcome in a country you can't buy a jury.

    I am pretty sure the lawer would never brought the case if there was a countersue.

    By the quality of his "lawyering" I understand that he took the case. There was ofcourse a possibility that Cardi B could have attacked him, his client or someone on the jury and he would have been set for life. (I bet he had like 50% deal as the woman didn't have anything… And probably tried like good lawyers first..)

    Because I am as said sure he had everything to win. He probably didn't have any cases he missed, a chance to hit a jackpot. The only downside is that people know can find out how bad he is as a lawyer without hire him. This might lose him some cases, but I think if you want to hire him for a case after talking with him for 30min +, you probably are stupid and would probably think he is a good lawyer because he was on TV involved Cardi B (possible that thinking he was her lawyer.. ya I know, but you need to give credit to how dumb people can be. Just look at this woman. No pictures, no proof that there was a scar, no medical records like before/after AND it was 2791 days since (7 years). And she could not get 1 independent witness to even cast doubt.

    She is even proud of it. Didn't dare to answer the counter sue.. She will FO when she wants a job, people she will work with Google her and her picture is beside Tonald Dumb as examples of a grifter…

    I bet the information regarding countersue will have her think twice regarding the appeal.

    I bet she won't complete 1st year of law school btw. She is just dumb. She should apologize to her. That is how apologizing work. The one that do the wrongdoing apologize.. m
